These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Beyond Aspirations’ website and coaching services. by accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use our services.
Coaching Services
Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are confidential. As per the ICF code of Ethics, any information you share during coachign will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit concent, unless required by law.
Client Responsibility: Coaching is a partnership, and as the client, you are responsible for your choices, actions, and results. Coaching is not therapy or counseling, and it is not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, or financial matters.
Goal Oriented Coaching: We will work togehter to identify your goals, and I will provide guidance and support to help you achieve them. However, the outcome of coaching deptends on your active participation, engagement, and commitment to the process.
Ethical Conduct: I adhere to ICF Code of Ethics, ensuring that my coaching practices meet the highest ethical standards. This includes respecting your privacy, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring that coaching is non-judgmental and client-centred.
Scope of Services: Coaching services are offered to help clients achieve their personal or professional goals. Results may vary, and no guarantees of specific outcomes are provided.
Terminations: Either the coach or the client may choose to terminate the coaching relationship at any time. If the relationship is terminated before all sessions have been used, a refund will be provided for any unused sessions. Alternatively, I may recommend a different coach if that better serves your needs. the goal is to ensure that the client receives the suppor they require for their journey.
Bookings & Cancellations
Group Coaching: Enrollment for group coaching programs has specific deadlines, and places are limited. Once you sign up and the program begins, no changes or cancellations will be accepted unless requested before the enrollment deadline. Please ensure you are fully committed before joining.
1:1 Coaching: For 1:1 coaching we will agree on regular schedule (cadence) and time for sessions, which will be exclusively reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hour’s notice. I will do my best to accommodate changes, but missed sessions without 24 hour’s notice may not be rescheduled.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods: All coaching services must be paid for upfront. We accept the following methods…
Currency: All prices are listed in USD, and any applicable taxes will be included unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or transaction charges that may apply.
Payment Deadlines: For 1:1 coaching, full payment is due upon booking. For group coaching payment must be received before the enrollment deadline. Services will only begin once full payment has been received.
Refunds: As per our refund policy, unused sessions in 1:1 may be refunded if the realationship is terminated early. No refunds are offered for group coaching once the program begins.
Intellectual Property
All originial content provided by Beyond Aspirations, including workbooks, videos, and exercises, is the intellectual property of Beyond Aspirations. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior consent.
Certain tools and resources used in coaching programs, such as the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and COR.E Dynamics materials,a re the intellectual property of the Insititute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). These materials are used under license, and clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share them without explicit permission from iPEC.
By participating in coaching programs, you agree to use all materials solely for your personal development and not for commercial purpose or further distribution.
Limitation of Liability
No Liability for External Circumstances: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of inability to use the coaching services. This includes any loss of income, business interruption, or emotional distress resulting from decisions made by the client based on the coaching process.
Force Majeure: We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perfomr services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes or governmental restrictions.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service, and any disputes arising out of or in connection withthem or services provided, shall be governed by and constured in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the UAE.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be submitted to mediation or arbitration, as per the laws of the UAE, before pursuing legal action.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. If any significant changes are made, we will notify you via email or other contact methods before the new terms take effect. The updated Terms will also be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services after receiving notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any updates.
