Bal is an incredible human being, which makes her an incredible coach. She was able to help me to “get out of my own way” for want of a better way of saying it. Since having my sessions with Bal, I have not only secured an amazing new job (and career path!) I have also grown personally. I can now see and know my own worth. I now have tools that help me get past my own self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Bal will say that this was “all me” but without her I couldn’t have seen any of it, and she does this in the most approachable and personal way. Each session was tailored to a specific issue I would have, with tools and techniques that can be transferred to all parts of your life. 

If you are thinking about working with Bal for coaching, for whatever reason, I will say this: DO IT. you won’t regret it.
