Bal is an incredible human being, which makes her an incredible coach. She was able to help me to “get out of my own way”. Since having my sessions with Bal, I have not only secured an amazing new job (and career path!) I have also grown personally. I can now see and know my own worth. I now have tools that help me get past my own self-doubt and imposter syndrome. Bal will say that this was “all me” but without her I couldn’t have seen any of it, and she does this in the most approachable and personal way.
